What we collect
Name, email, phone, company, job title and interests given in forms; the content of your enquiry; language preference; the page a form was sent from and marketing parameters (utm); a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse protection.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, send event updates (within your consent), qualify exhibitors and buyers, schedule B2B meetings and produce event statistics.
Consent
Consent for Narlag Mongol 2027 updates, the autumn Mongolia Electrical & Energy Expo 2027, the monthly newsletter and phone contact is collected separately. You can withdraw consent at any time by email.
Sharing with third parties
The visitor and attendee list is never handed to sponsors or exhibitors. Contact details only pass to a company with your explicit consent or when you have your badge scanned on site.
Storage and security
Data is stored in an access-controlled database with daily backups. Enquiry and registration data is kept for 24 months after the event, then deleted or anonymised.
