When and where is the event?
May 2027, in Ulaanbaatar, one day. The exact day (20 or 21 May) and the venue will be confirmed and announced on 15 December 2026.
When does registration open?
After the date is confirmed, around March 2027. Pre-register now to hear first.
How much is a ticket?
The forum delegate ticket is MNT 120,000 (preliminary). It includes the forum, showcase, B2B area, two coffee breaks and lunch.
What are the exhibitor terms?
A slot is confirmed once the contract and a 50% deposit are in place. Balance is due at T−30; bookings after T−30 are payable in full. Prices are preliminary; VAT and refund terms are set in the contract.
What can be demonstrated on site?
Models, mock-ups, de-energised components and video. Pressurised gas (hydrogen, biogas), open flames and live battery charging/discharging demos are not allowed.
Who joins the Buyers Club?
25 organisations with purchasing or technical decision authority and purchasing/project plans within the next 24 months. Applications are reviewed and confirmed.
Will my data be given to sponsors?
No. The visitor list is never shared with sponsors. Contact details only pass to an exhibitor with your explicit consent or when you have your badge scanned on site.
How does this relate to the autumn expo?
Narlag Mongol 2027 is a standalone spring event. Updates about the autumn Mongolia Electrical & Energy Expo 2027 are sent under a separate consent; spring packages do not automatically include autumn discounts.
